Deutsche Bank's Bank Loan Services group was established in 1998 for finance professionals active in the loan markets looking for alternative ways to better support their operational and administrative requirements. Our combination of advanced technology and experienced staff provides clients with superior third party loan servicing.

Our loan reporting website is a "user friendly" option utilized by many clients to obtain reports online, as well as for downloading data that may be needed for portfolio analysis or other reporting requirements. Additionally, reports can be developed and customized to client specifications.

Professional Servicing

Our loan servicing professionals possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of loan administration and operations. We currently have a staff of 25, with more being added as our business grows. This allows a low client - manager ratio to provide clients with personalized attention.

Trust and Security

Bank Loan Services is structured as a separate and self-contained business unit within Deutsche Bank. We have implemented policies and procedures to provide that information regarding a client's portfolio holdings or activity is not available to individuals outside of Bank Loan Services. We maintain separate servicing platforms, office space and personnel to ensure this confidentiality is not at risk.
