Agency Services

Deutsche Bank offers a broad range of administrative agency services, either as named agent or on a private label basis to clients who wish to act as Administrative Agent for a financing but are not staffed to do so. Under a private label arrangement we provide the administrative and operational services required of the Administrative Agent for a syndicated loan facility.  Our agency team provides seamless service to your lenders and borrowers while allowing you to tailor the level of involvement you maintain to specifically suit your business requirements

Portfolio Services

Deutsche Bank provides you with cost-effective third-party servicing of your loan portfolio. Our portfolio services offer you the opportunity to leverage Deutsche Bank's operational and associated technological investments without incurring the fixed expenses of building your own infrastructure. We have considerable experience in supporting loan trading portfolios, both par and distressed, positions owned via assignment or participations as well as financing structures such as total return swaps

Trade Closing Services

The bank has seasoned personnel that can act as the trade closer for your portfolio. You have the option to utilize this loan closing service independently or in conjunction with our portfolio services. Services include

• Coordination of the loan trade documentation with counterparty and agent bank.
• Preparing funding memos and pricing for settlements.
• Trade data reconcilliation and discrepancy resolution.
• Provide pending trade reporting and trade position availability reporting.
• Providing Trade Status on unsettled trades.
